| How to Place an Order | |||
| You can place your order by giving it to our sales representative, calling customer service or by faxing, mailing, or emailing it to our Apex office. | |||
| Minimum Order | |||
| Our current minimum order for prepaid delivery via our truck is $750.00 net. Orders that do not meet this requirement will be charged a $50.00 delivery fee. A fuel surcharge of $7.50 will be added to all deliveries. | |||
| Order Cut-off | |||
| We need to know of your intent to order by 8:30 A.M. on the day your truck will be loaded and add-on orders will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. | |||
| FedEx and UPS Shipments | |||
| Charges will be added to your invoice. These shipments will be processed and shipped within 36 hours. | |||
| Carrier Shipments | |||
| Shipments requesting Common Carrier routing will be shipped prepaid and charges added to the invoice. | |||
| Drop Shipments | |||
| We can accommodate drop ship orders to dock height, warehouse facilities. Locations must be within our delivery area. $750.00 minimum order applies. | |||
| Special Orders | |||
| Special Orders will be combined with stock orders to qualify for prepaid shipment when possible; however, Fed Ex Ground or Common Carrier charges will be added to insure prompt delivery. | |||
| Extended Area Deliveries | |||
| Our order minimum for prepaid shipments outside our normal service area varies per location. Please call for a quote. | |||
| Credit Card Purchases | |||
| We accept Visa and Master Card payments. | |||

| Please remember that certain chemical products are deemed "Hazardous" and are not accepted for shipment by Fed Ex Ground or US Mail. In addition, we strongly discourage common carrier deliveries of fragile products such as plastic dinnerware and ice cream cones. | |||
