| How to Place an Order | |||
| You can place your order by giving it to our sales representative, calling customer service, by faxing, mailing, emailing, or through our Garland C Norris Company website. | |||
| Minimum Order | |||
| Our current minimum order for prepaid delivery via our truck is $1000.00 net, $350.00 for customers within a 50-mile radius of Garland C Norris Company. A fuel surcharge may be added to each delivery, depending on the current cost of diesel fuel. Please see our Industry News page for monthly fuel surcharge announcements. | |||
| Order Cut-off | |||
| Orders placed by 3:00 P.M. will be loaded for your next available delivery. | |||
| UPS Shipments *** | |||
| Shipping and Handling Charges will be added to your invoice. These shipments will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. | |||
| Carrier Shipments *** | |||
| Shipments requesting Common Carrier routing will be shipped prepaid, on a Garland C Norris Company preferred carrier, and charges added to the invoice. If a specific carrier is requested, the order will be shipped LTL freight collect. | |||
| Drop Shipments | |||
| We can accommodate drop ship orders to warehouse facilities which have a loading dock. Locations must be within our delivery area. $1000.00 minimum order applies. | |||
| Special Orders | |||
| Special Orders must be faxed or e-mailed and will be combined with stock orders to qualify for prepaid delivery. However, UPS or Common Carrier charges will be added at your request to insure prompt delivery. *** Special orders for COD customers will only be accepted when prepaid with credit card. | |||
| Extended Area Deliveries | |||
| Our order minimum for prepaid shipments outside our normal service area varies per location. Please call for a quote. | |||
